The staff is very helpful especially in the reception. I enjoyed talking with Yazid at the front desk! The breakfast area was well stocked with e.g., bagels, yogurt and fruits,... The location is excellent with shoping centers next to the hotel and not far away from Corniche (15 min walk).

I was travelling from New Zealand with my sister, we found this hotel and Abu Dhabi in general a superb spot to stop over for a few nights. The Marina Mall is worth spending a day at. Very friendly staff. Great gym and swimming pool. Breakfast amazing!

Very attentive and pleasant staff, offering assistance from a traveller's point of view. Happened to arrive early in the day and instead of being brushed off, was promoted to an upgraded room plus breakfast. Cristal Hotel is the recommended hotel for parents visiting NYU Abi Dhabi, and I can fully subscribe to that view.
