Good value, excellent food, (in a quiet restaurant that I wasn't expecting much from, but pleasantly surprised!), good service too - only reason for not scoring higher was the "tiredness" of the decor, rooms, lifts, (1 out of operation as it was being upgraded), thus with attention to these physical details it would easily rate 4 stars or possibly more.
