The employees was very friendly. Great location, one block from big mall Unicentro. Nice city. Strong recommend to came back.The breakfast buffet was delicious. Internet free connection very good over each floor and lobby/restaurants.

The rooms are nice enough, but they skimped on the soundproofing. If you face UniCentro, the regional fashion mall across the street (Carrera 15), you will be dealing with a lot of traffic noise coming up from the street. Amazing hotel! Great location across the street from a major mall where there are many reataurants, movie theaters and shops. Rooms are great and clean. Everything is very modern and it is located within a building with many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.

Stayed one night as part of a large group. Took nearly 45 minutes to check in, checking out was equally arduous. The room however was fantastic, very modern, definitely a surprise after negotiating reception. A delay like this at 9pm when all you want to do is check-in and eat is not acceptable. The bar was equally a little slow.
