We came to Atchison to celebrate Juneteenth. The other hotels were booked and our friends didn't have enough room for us to stay with them. It was much after 12am when we checked into our room. There were cockroaches all over, even in the folded "clean" towels and hair and crumbs in the bed sheets. The floors were covered with filth. I agree with another comment made about this motel, RUN RUN RUN away as fast as you can. I will never stay there again. And to make things worse, when I called several times to talk to the manager about our horrible experience, he was never there to answer the complaints. more
