Reception staff were awful, I was quite shocked given I frequently travel - this was surprising. Had to make additional arrangements and payment for room service. Hotel rooms are smoking, so you can smell smoke from other rooms and in hallways. ABC channel from Australia West Australian so programs were a 3 hour difference.

We stayed here recently in a 2 bedroom apartment with a 3 year old and a 5 year old and have to say that for a family this place is amazing. We spent 5 days here and then drove north to Hienghene. Huge two bedroom apartments which if you are not on floor 16 resonate like a bass drum from the guests above.
