Located near the diplomatic and high end homes of Inya Road, this little hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. Taxis are a-plenty outside. Nearby are some of the better restaurants like Inya 1, Sabai, Sakura Residences Cafe..... Good helpful staff and decent breakfast!

Walkable (15 min) to Shwedagon Pagoda. Room clean with working wifi, for $60 it is still good value (considering hotel price in Myanmar doubles every few months). Reception girls on the first encounter can be warmer, the others are very nice.
