“Great hotel”

We really want to thank the hotel staff for their service. We wanted certain type of room for our anniversary, they got me why I wanted. We entered the room we found a very beautifully fruits with Thai types and flower arrangement. Thank you so much and we recommend it for all couples.

“Good service”

We spent a happy Easter with our family. We danced and we had great fun. The staff are very nice and kids also had fun. The pool attendants were helpfully but we spent time for check in. We want to come again but next time we will reserve pool access ground floor.

“Joy and fun”

We are spending a lovely holiday at the hotel. We came before but now the service and entertainment are much better. Having many activities and nice attitude staff make us spent a happy eid with our family, friends and kids. We recommend spa facility to be here next time we come.

“Great Event Facility”

One of the best event meeting rooms I've seen in Egypt. Admittedly; the services, refreshments, rooms set up and atmosphere were exceptional. The hotel layout & rooms are very cool. The Only one thing missing is a proper GYM with more equipment specially when having a long stay. Ultimately a cool experience and positively will be repeated & recommended.

“Lovely stay”

We spent a very nice stay me and my kids. The Friday brunch is very interesting activities for kids. We also enjoyed the heated pool. Food also was very good. The staff were really helpful. The hotel is at the end of the fifth settlement which make it safer in these days.

“Overall pleasant .... Love the architecture”

It's a nice hotel. The architecture is amazing. Lot of space. Location is safe away from hotspots but al so away from any attractions/shopping. Rooms have good space with modern design. Thai restaurant is excellent. Breakfast and lunch are just ok. Front desk needs some improvement. Meeting rooms are well equipped.

“Pleasant stay; friendly staff”

Just a one night stay in connection with a business trip. Very conveniently situated for our local office and also the airport. Very pleasant. On business in Cairo and stayed 5 nights at the hotel. Excellent dinner buffet. Comfortable rooms which helped in my getting over jet lag.
