Everythings fine, but If you want something from room service... You need big patience or not in hurry situation. I wait 2 hours for getting ice bucket and an hour and half for pizza from pool side. I think this hotel need well arrangement for delivery system. By the way, all of stuff are very kind.

Friendly employees. All the rooms have nice pool view.Excellent Breakfast and very kind staff. Variety of food is very good and very tasty. “Zero star for this hotel”

First, the pool infront of our suite was closed for maintenance, and the other pool was far , the cleaning and gardening continued until 11. and my boys were very bored. we enjoyed our stay very much , every thing was perfect rooms,food,service and pools but there was a littel problem with the heaters of pools .. so it will be nice of you if this minor problem get solved . thanks
