I recently returned from my trip to Europe, in which I had a 2 night stay in Cairo to see the pyramids. I was a little nervous being an American in a middle eastern area so I figured quicker was better. The Four Seasons was amazing. From the moment we were picked up from the airport, the rest of the... I had a room over the Nile and could just make out the Pyramids at Giza from my balcony. This was not long after the revolution and it was still not safe to go out in the city. My room was nice and I really enjoyed the sunset as I drank coffee and read a book on the balcony. I... More

I was very pleased with the service of the concierge staff at the hotel. One of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The dedication, service, politeness was top notch. I really appreciated the fact that English proficiency was very high by all staff members and that I felt like I was being taken care of. More

We stayed at the Four Seasons FR in January at the conclusion to our tour of Egypt. We stayed at five luxury hotels (Meridien Pyramids, Conrad Cairo, Maritim Jolie Luxor, Pyramisa Isis Island Aswan) and the Four Seasons FR blew them all away. FWIW, in rank order, the Four Seasons FR was the best hotel by a long margin, followed... More

As with every Four Seasons I've even been to, the service is excellent - attentive but not obtrusive. Expensive, but worth it. More

We were at this hotel for 3 nights and the service was outstanding. The rooms were very spacious and we had a room with the view of the Nile. We saw the sunset every night! The breakfast had a lot of varieties and the food was delicious. If you don't see anything that you like, just ask and the chef... More

Our family of five spent 4 nights at this hotel from December 19th to 24th. We went to Cairo with a certain amount of trepidation following recent events but had a wonderful time with the help of A@K who smoothed the path tremendously and allowed us to see so much of the city and feel safe at the same time.... I stayed at the Four Seasons Cairo / Giza - First Residences in late December 2011. I had the hotel pick me up via a BMW 5 series, it was $80.00 USD and I used the same service via the hotel on departure. I did not select entry and immigration service, and if you travel a little, you will not... More
