The breakfast was superb on every one of our 7 days stay, as was the service at breakfast..but, when I asked for a glass of water with breakfast I was told we'd have to pay extra for a bottle! Why?? “Irritating Hotel Policies Spoil the Experience”

A 5 star hotel should not be charging its guests £5 (five British pounds) PER DAY for the hotel to make available a kettle, along with 3 tea bags, 3 Nescafe sachets and a small pot of milk.
