- staff speak very poor English;
- wrong info on the website regarding hotel facilities
- money has been stolen from my room in less then 2 hrs from check-in
- in room safe box not bolted to any think, that's mean anybody can take it and just leave the room
- no swimming pool or gym/spa as it was...
