“Marriott NE Beijing Great Service”

I have stayed in this hotel at least 6 times and each time the service is what seperates this hotel from others. The last time I entered the hotel the staff knew my name immediately and before I approached the counter. “5-star service”

The hardware of this hotel is around the average level of Marriott brand. But the service of the staff is among the top of Marriott hotels I've stayed, i.e. reception，bellboy， doorman and lounge. The location has two sides: it's convenient for Airport Express, but we have to take a taxi for good restaurants and marketplaces.

Nice room with comfortable bed, warm service and great breakfast, we enjoyed a very nice stay. With comparison to other 5-star hotels in the world, this one is worth and trustable. I think i will choose marriot when i travel to beijing again.

The checkin process is fast but it will be even better if FO can explain a bit more on internet access (the way of access and charging polices etc.) to save my time on exploring and calling service desk. “A comfortable and clean hotel”

Our stay at this hotel was very good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, accommodating and assisted where ever they could. Access to the Executive Floor was well worth the extra money paid. A great location.

“wonderful stay comfortable rooms”

Rooms and breakfasts are great. Quiet and spacious. Beds are super comfortable as is the deep tub. Anything you want to eat is available for breakfast. Just br sure for money changing that your bills are unblemished. Staff was multilingual and helpful.

I attended a conference based here and I was very impressed by the standard of hotel and the staff. Very attentive staff and very good quality rooms. Breakfast is very good, self service buffet suiting all tastes. The day I tried the gym I was disappointed that the sauna and steam rooms were not open due to upgrading having said that the gym is very well equipped and open 24 hours for those of us suffering from jet lag....
