Dirty, dusty, expensive (8 kuai a 2yuan map, 4kuai a 1kuai small bottle outside, 10kuai an hour for an utmost slow internet connection) Common bathrooms are kept clean twice everyday, but wall painting is falling apart and furnitures and heating systems are antiquated and rusty. Don't go here!! An absolutely awful experience. The staff ARE NOT multilingual, and i found them to be rude and unhelpful. We arrived quite late at night after a long flight from the UK. We were not helped at all with baggage, and there is no elevator/lift so you have to haul your luggage up by yourself. No help there.... More
