Those rooms in the hotel which are not yet renovated look worn out and urgently need a refurbishment (at least a thorough clean-up). this part of the hotel is definitely not 5-stars. But, good side: friendly and competent concierge team and nice entertainment at the bar (Philippine band "Ramon and the Stagelights").

The location is very good if you've to go to embassy, all the important ones in walking distance. Hotel itself need some rework, but staff is friendly, helpful so for short stop not bad. Most crazy, there is no free WLAN or LAN in the room, thats stone-age.
