This was one of the best hotels ever I have seen .Far from city nice place for pleasure trips and family holidays . We had gala dinner for more than 1200 guests all over the world . Rooms are very good. This property is very big they have there own train systems to travel with in the hotel.

A bit longer travel this time for yet another meeting. I stayed earlier this week three days at the JiuHua Resort and Convention center in Beijing. This complex consists of several big districts, as they called it where no 16 is the biggest, and claimed to be most luxury. No 16 is enormous and have huge banquet areas, two restaurants... More

The hotel itself is very clean. I did not stay in the hotel but I wanted to visit the hot springs and the Spa that they offered. Arriving at the resort, we found out that the outside hot springs were closed for winter and this was not noticed on the website. So we could only use the inside spa which... More

If you scroll around the review, it would not be hard to find out that this resort is isolated and FAR FAR away from downtown Beijing. I attempted to venture out to the nearest district downtown area (NOT Beijing downtown!), and it took me 45 minutes one-way on a taxi through miles and miles of empty farmland before I can... More

I was only there for two nights in Building 16, so I wasn't subject to the food for too long. Others at the conference had to "get out" for one dinner in downtown Beijing, they were so tired of the food. But the room was totally comfy and did not smell of smoke. It was overly warm when I got... More

Hotel is at the outermost area of Beijing City. It takes slightly more than 1 hour to reach from airport. However, not many cab drivers know how to get there. Hotel tries to be "self-sufficient" with amenities such as supermarket and entertainment centre which are under utilised, hence poorly maintained. It takes about 2 hours to get to city via... More

The hotel is very isolated. I attended a conference at Building 16 which was not bad at all but the staff did not speak English AT ALL. I understand it's really challenging when you speak Mandarin and of course I don't speak Mandarin but when you expect to have so many English speaking guests I do believe it makes sense... More

Unless you’re attending a Chinese function, it’s unlikely you’ll find yourself at Jiuhua because there are very few English-speaking staff and all signage is in Chinese. However, just in case you’re offered a chance to stay here, you may want to think twice. The Jiuhua resort is about forty minutes drive north of central Beijing and is enormous, consisting of... Building 16 where most people stay for conferences is a very ominous looking building. Once inside though it is quite pleasant. There are a number of restaurants and a two nice bar areas. The prices are also good. My room was fine.I didnt see very much of it due to the busy conference timetable. The staff in the hotel were... More

This hotel and conference center is isolated from any city touristic activities. The 5 star buliding 16 I stayed in was OK but the room was more Red Roof Inn than Hilton and I would have given it 2 stars. The beds were super-firm much like I imagine army beds are. The food at the conference was OK to good... More
