Just returned from a 3-night stay in Crowne Plaza Causeway Bay HK. Excellent hotel and I really enjoyed the stay. Great room layout, well decorated and clean rooms (feels new), good breakfast, free wifi access, fantastic location (just a block away from Times Square), and most of all pleasant and helpful staffs (which is rare in HK). Highly recommended.

My nine nights in total at this hotel turned out to be a fantastic experience. The rooms, even though not the biggest, were well sized by HK standards. A great hotel, with fantastic views over the Happy Valley racecourse. Rooms were really quite spacious and had brilliant surround sound system, into which you could integrate your I phone. Excellent service from the helpful staff. Very comfortable large clean rooms with large TV, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, super en-suite. Good views from room, we were on 14th floor. Checked in early and was quickly found a room that was immediately available so we could get some sleep. Very impressed. Room was quite large with a view of the city skyline. This is a great hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Only observations are that the internet speed could be improved as could the roof service menu. The location is easy to find Smoker friendly - even has an outdoor floor for smoking
