Found the 'hostel' with little difficulty. Staff were friendly and most spoke English (although we would not have had any problems conversing in Cantonese with them).I requested for extra pillows and they were brought up to our room very quickly. Stayed here several times, and it's convenient to be close to the MTR and have a laundry room in the hotel. However, if you depend on Internet access for work, you'll have to find another place to connect. The wireless here is simply a disaster. It works only intermittently, and then only very slowly when it does work.
