The location is the absolutely best thing about this hotel. By all means the hotel has everything you'll need including other international travelers, but nothing to write home about. But the location is just across the road form the Barkhor Kora and the old Lhasa - couldn't be better!

Stayed there as part of a tour for 3 nights. Location is great, all day you can watch the pilgrims doing their kora. Hotel has known better days (i think it was once a very fancy hotel) but room and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable, very fast in room wifi and nice staff

We went to this hotel as part of a tour option. Although the place is a little run down, it is a welcome haven from the cold. Heaters are great! The breakfast is basic but lovingly made! Its a very quirky place that lent itself to the feel of the trip!
