I have stayed here twice. So far its been good. Decent location and a bearable walk to Grand Indonesia mall. Breakfast is below expectation. Just a place to sleep. Quite friendly staff and you leave your luggage after you check out. Good for people on tight budget.

You're right around the corner from Tosari busway stop, which is convenient, especially since that busway line runs to many tourist areas (Monas, kota/old city, Blok M...). However, the neighbourhood is fairly quiet, and it lacks certain amenities I would expect in such a residential area: convenience stores, small restaurants and street warungs... Have stayed in this area several times I would still prefer to pay the extra 75,000/night at the nearby Formule 1 or the extra 150,000 at Marcopolo, unless you're really big on having the busway right on your corner. Good place to stay. Close to grand Indonesian shopping center. Only 10 min walk. Breakfast was not big. Only some toast and fried . Room was small but ok. Good price
