The rooms have been refurbished and have a great layout and view. Breakfast buffet is top class with a super selection of both Eastern and Western dishes. The staff is super helpful. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.

Went to Jakarta for three days on business and got booked into the Mandarin as one of three designated "safe" hotels in Jakarta. Have stayed here a few times and just love it. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in South East Asia. The service is amazing and staff really go above and beyond! Definitely recommend this hotel.
