One of the nicest hotel I have seen in my life. Wonderful design, everything is perfect and people very kind. Nothing else to add except that I know where to go next time in Jakarta A silence as if you are alone in the hotel!

I've visited Gran Melia before and one of the big problems I had was the temperature in the public spaces. It was literally freezing inside the hotel! Love this hotel.. friendly staff, excellent service, nice clean room. After a tiring day -always looking forward to the nice, comfy bed.. excellent spread of food for breakfast. Will continue to come back to this hotel for my business trips.

The AWA gathered at the Gran Melia for a big volunteer lunch at the end of April. First time stay at Gran Melia upon check in was upgrade to premium room was a big surprise which make my stay memorable. The staff was friendly and very polite. Breakfast spread is excellent. Near to the office in kuningan (Plaza Mutiara). I had a great stay all excellent.

“A very big luxury hotel in Jakarta”

This is typical luxury hotel, with very nice rooms and common parts. But it is also a very very big hotel, therefore just slightly unpersonal and anonime. If you are ready to pay 300 to 400 boxes, this can be your choice

Just stayed 3 nights. Was on holiday before going on scuba trip. Stayed in new premier room. I know standards are high in Asia in this class but I could not have been more satisfied.
