I liked the reviews I read and was not disappointed. We had booked the junior suite which was lovely, but I wanted to experience the outdoor spa bath outside the penthouse suite so we upgraded for the second night - no hassles! It is a beautiful, clean hotel with super food and excellent staff! We definitely will be returning!

Everything was good, the rooms are nice, the pool also and especially the staff. each time I was at the front desk we had a good laugh with the girls from the reception. I would highly recommend that resort.

By far the best resort I had the joy to stay at. Rooms are very clean and well equipped, food was particularly nice, enjoyed everything about Mermaid including the dive operation.
