It is a very clean and tidy place. You will love the front view and spacious cottage. Despite being 5 min walk from El Nido, you will very much enjoy this local place with very friendly staff. We choose to stay at The Golden Monkey because at our price range according to trip advisor it was the best on offer. I would describe the Golden Monkey as ‘tired’. Great place with great staff and service. Very clean, drinking water provided (free). One of the best places in El Nido! It is about 15 minutes walk from "Downtown" and that is a good thing. “Lovely cosy clean hideaway”

We pre-booked through agoda and it was every penny worth! The lovely, very friendly staff provided us with everything we needed and the owner herself took even care of our special wishes, like flight bookings etc.

“Quiet place in a beautiful area”

Twenty minutes away from town in a nice neighbourhood with good places to eat nearby. Very friendly staff. They serve breakfast and dinner. Very polite and helpful. We liked the cave with the monkeys. We love the terrace with seaview and hammocks. It's defenitely worth a stay!!!
