I have stayed here on several occasions for business because of the location to my business. The hotel itself is like a Holiday Inn (but the older kind). The beds are very stiff, but everything has always worked well in the rooms. Plenty of hot water. They have a great buffet in the morning for breakfast that you can negotiate... More

I booked this hotel based on the Singapore Airlines stopover deal. I had also read the reviews of this hotel by other reviewers before booking so I was expecting the absolute worse experience. First and foremost, the staff overall was decent, they were not rude, some were more helpful than others. The room was ok, the carpet was dirty, the... More

We arrived tired after a long trip to find that they didn't have a Non Smoking room for us. Instead they offered us an upgrade to a smoking suite. We took it. Glad I didn't pay for a suite. I would have been very disappointed as it was shabby. The bed was clean but hard, the furniture old and weary... More

Singapore airlines offers tbathrooml as a budget option in their stopover holidays: $1 first night, $78 subsequent nights. Don't stay more than two nights because you'll be paying more than the $40 a night it's worth. The room was tired and the bathtoom grouting needs to be re-done. It did not feel "dirty" just worn-down. The staff know they're working... More

We unfortunately stayed 1 night in this hotel thanks to Singapore Airlines stopover deal to London. I will list the pro's and con's as we experienced them. Pro's: comfortable bed with what appeared to be fresh linen, although the bed was somewhat short. I am 167cm and my toes hung off the end of the bed. Con's: the room was... More

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. When I went to check in, they told me they could not accept my reservation due to the fact that another credit card was used (my bosses) and I would have to pay the cost upfront or get a third party form filled out. Getting the form filled out was impossible due... More

We stayed at this hotel for two days. Renovation and building work is happening in the hotel. We checked in and were given a room right next to the renovation work and the bathroom was very dirty and half renovated. We came down and requested to change the room. They showed us two more rooms and they were both dirty,... More

I've been in this hotel within a week. Benefits - deep swimming pool with clean water, lot of elevators and enough space in the room. That's all. Little bit aggressive approach of reception personnel, the area around of swimming pool are dirty, very often it's occupied by cheap make-up singers from karaoke bar nearby, they are always sitting with i-pads...
