Only problem with this hotel is the extremely slow internet. About the same speed as dial up and to slow to even listen to BBC online. More

The location was wonderful, with a mall with a fantastic food court right next door (connected to the hotel underground). The pool is amazing and clean. One of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in. Very large room, spacious bathroom and luxurious bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location on top of shopping centre and MRT station. Only stayed 2 nights but wish I could've stayed 2 weeks! More

room size is big for singapore standard, linens and bedding are nice i think around 600 thread count and above are used, toiletries are from london. and nice coffee machine . everything is perfect , except we got the room facing the office building and blocking the city view. other than that everything is perfect. staffs are nice and attentive....
