I have stayed here a few times and every time has been pleasant. Ideally situated for short Taxi rides to Orchard Road for some shopping and Clarke Quay for a bit of Socializing. the swimming pool is awesome with glass sides hanging off the side of the building!

Check in at 2pm by 3pm room still not ready and staff name ada still came up with thousand excuses to rebuff. So rude. Killed my mood. Staff untrained. All guests managed to check in with ease but only I have to wait.

This is a one week stay, staff are accommodating, room is clean, food is great! Im located on the fifth floor and there is one big trunk of books for your reading pleasure. You can jog in the morning , there is a gym , 7-11 infront and lots of bar for fun fun night :)
