I had booked the room 407 for 3 nights, and in the first night no electrict power, window can not open, very humited, very noisy, others rooms guest slamp the doors, some one knock the door in mid night, the sound proof are very poor, can listen what you are talking 40 feets away. our family can not sleep for whole night, it is terrible night mare. i asked for check out on next day morning, the reception counter charged me one night, we are traveling very often, we would not take your hotel any more in the future, and will let our friends know how terreble hotel service is... more
