This clearly was once very grand, but is in need of some aesthetic help, such as paint outside. However, this isn't reflected inside. The location is spectacular, the reality of the hotel is the opposite. The lake view was great. The room was big enogh clean and nice. Comfortable bad that you can watch the view from. Though it looks that they can't spend much managing the building it looks nice. Breakfast was very good. We would come again gladly.

We stayed here for just one night before we climbed the Villarrica Volcano. It was nice to have a private pool and outdoor lounge area. But the rooms were very outdated. They just seemed old. The staff wasn't really overly helpful either.
