Nice, clean hotel, close to the shopping centre, you also get a free drink once you check in which is good if you just got out of the airport from a long flight. Its about 20-30 drive from Santiago airport depending on traffic.

Yes, the host is very friendly, but does not speak any other language than Spanish. The rooms and the bathroom are tiny, the mattress is soft and the rooms do not have any flair. It is very basic. Breakfast is good, includes jog hurt, coffee, warm bread with cheese and some fruits.

Pretty basic room but quite dark. Shower was hopeless. Friendly hosts who were very helpful. Quiet and secure suburb. Breakfast the usual basic South American experience. OK as a stopover place but that would be about it.
