Our first stop on a South American Adventure. Good Hotel to get over the "jet lag". Staff all very nice, great restaurant. Walking distance to the "hop on/hop off" bus stops which gives you a great tour of the city. We got off at BellaVista which was a little village full of restaurants, cafes, bars and handicraft stores.

Again it is more than average but not very good. It is a good hotel with a fantastic location in the center of santiago. the breakfast is good, one thing to note , it has the best queso fresco I have tried in Chile. We stayed here for three days for the lalapalooza concert. The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms were comfy but nothing earth shattering exciting. The hotel is very centrally located and is near shopping and the tram.

We only stayed for one night but after having a fantastic, but not always 'smooth' trip through Patagonia, it was such a relief to end our time in South America at the Plaza San Francisco. We stayed here for 4 nights from 10 April, and could not fault this lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We ate there on a a number of occasions and also had to use their business centre which was great. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite and we would definitely stay again.

Choose the hotel because at the time of booking on booking.com they had a free airport shuttle. E-mailed hotel of our 1:00am arr. time but when we arrived, no shuttle. Very "matter of fact"...take no prisoners night manager, said get a cab...we don't have a shuttle. It is not even near the airport, 35 min. later we arrive at hotel.... More

We stayed at this hotel on our first part of our South American cruise vacation. We found the hotel very well located, the included breakfast wes great and they have a very nice swimming pool and facilities in general. Loved it!
