Charming, small B&B. Quirky best describes the Brighton. I stayed in the "X" room, the only room, I believe, with a balcony. This place has a terrace overlooking the harbor with great views of Valparaiso. The pisco sours are good and the breakfast was one of the best we had on our entire trip. Friendly staff and a full service restaurant make it a great place to stay. More
