Friendly and helpful staff, nice room, beautiful historic house in a nice neighbourhood of Valparaiso. Zero hotel is a true boutique hotel with hardly ten rooms. You feel in family home rather than in a hotel. If you can afford it, rooms with a view are worth the extra money. I would definitely return. More
