We visited Casa Cartagena before and after a trip to Machu Pichu. Right from the outset, the service was outstanding - everyone seemed genuinely committed to making sure our stay was a enjoyable.
The rooms and grounds are a wonderful mixture of old Cusco and art nouveau (we were told 'Italian'). Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
