Great hotel,5 min from the crowds.Santos was the best staff in our 28 years of traveling around the world. Clean rooms, very good breakfast, free wifi and internet. Overall staff was very professional and all spoke very good english.Fully recommend to all. AAA+++

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the main plaza. The staff was nice and helpful. Hotel had all the modern conveniences. Wi-Fi was a little spotty, but I only needed it for emails. I especially liked the basket of local fruits at the breakfast buffet.

We stayed at this charming hotel for 3 nights. The staff from the front desk onward were superb? It was clean and lovely. We stayed here for 4 nights in total. The rooms are spotless, beds enormous, breakfast a perfect selection, location just a 5 minute walk to the plaza de armas and the staff delightful and helpful.
