Rooms are relatively clean and neat. There was hair on my bathroom floor that clearly was not mine--wear your flip flops. Rooms get cold at night so dress warmly (BTW, not many hotels in Peru have indoor heating/cooling). Breakfast is okay--enough to get you going for the day. It is a little off the beaten path so you will need... More

We stayed for three days in this hostal on our motorcycle trip through South America. We stumbled upon it while searching for accomodations with parking included resonably close to the Plaza del Armas. (A rarity in Cusco). Atlantis doesn't have parking on the premises but there is a rather unexpensive paid parking nearby, and as the hostal is only a... More

It seems nice in the pictures but the reality is very different. The staff overall was not existing, just a couple of people during the day and one during the night. First than nothing the place is a long walk from city center, but if that was it I wouldn't complain, another issue was that we got a room right... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights and this was the only terrible place of our holiday in Peru! No heating in the rooms, we could feel the cold wind coming through the door gaps, and the whole little B&B is decorated with migraine-inducing colours. Breakfast is basic and you have to wear your hat and coat (or freeze) while... More

I stayed here with my sisters for 7 nights before and after our trek to Machu Picchu. We were greeted with a huge smile by Ronnie the main staff member at Atlantis. He took our things up to our room and we were quite suprised at the size. We stayed in a triple room which was huge and had our... More

The local owner just recently sold out to a large corporation. I heard great reviews from friends who stayed there in the past but my experience was totally different. I was with a group of 7, the hotel did not have my reservation, but they had all the others that were made at the same time. Two people had to... More

I would like to give my thanks for your opinion about our hotel and also about our services, without doubt it will be useful for us to improve our services later, how ever, I would like to answer some things that I think is it necesary, at first, about your reserve, as you know, your group has a leader in... A friend of someone that we had met on our flight brought us here and boy am I glad they did. We got a huge discount on our rate, partly because it was off-season and partly because the friend knows the owner, Fernando. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, from answering questions about bus schedules to letting us keep our... More
