This place is more like a hotel. Best rooms I have been in. Went to make tea and staff insisted they would do it and no washing up. Helped me upload a month of photos overnight. Great breakfast. Looked after our stuff while we were on the inca trail. If you want some luxury this is the place to come.

The owners and staff of Joma Hostels were excellent. Everyone operated in love towards the team (we had 19 people staying there) and were quick to help solve problems and make our stay comfortable. Rooms were well kept, breakfast flexible(but on time), and attitudes were wonderful. Laundry service was available and the owners went above and beyond in areas such... More

Run by a family, Joma is such a pleasure to stay at. Their service and attentiveness to our needs was nothing short of astonishing - they would preempt and anticipate things, being prepared and ready to serve always. It's the only place I'll stay in Cuzco - somewhere I go at least once a year.

I spent 6 days in this Hostel between April 10th-16th 2013. I can honestly say it was a truly wonderful experience. The owners are the kindest and most attentive hosts I have stayed with. The hostel was beautifully maintained, and the staff were delightful and very accomodating. Lovely rooms, gorgeous bathrooms, hot water and really nice smelling sheets (I'm a... More

I stayed in Joma Hostels for a week. It was like a home away from home. Every detail had been thought of. Magdalena and Hosea Louis were so hospitable. When we arrived we were given coca tea and shown to our room, which was more like a hotel than a hostel. Each room has its own en-suite. Light, bright and... More

Not only is the hostel a couple blocks away from the center of all of the tourist amenities but the quality of the rooms are amazing. The best thing of all though are the owners who, quite simply, are amazing! They are a friendly, wonderful couple who are joy to be around. These guys are pillars in their community and embody... Joma Hostels is definitely a hidden gem in Cusco. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean, with hot water showers, modern bathrooms (I am a sucker for nice sinks). It is conveniently located a few minuted away from Plaza de Armas, situated in a serene neighborhood. The wi-fi did not fail me once in my six... More

I stayed at Joma Hostels 2 nights. All staff members were very friendly and super helpful. TV in the room, very clean room + bathroom, hot shower , 24h self tea service. Wifi well. Laundry service(mine was 2.5kg 16 soles), Very easy access to Plaza de Armas.

I stayed here for four nights, and i was very impressed. The hotel is new, so the bathroom fixtures are new, the bedding is, the decorating, etc. It´s all very nice. The staff members are very kind and helpful, the breakfast is great (eggs, bread, juice, coffee, tea), and the hotel is quiet. The wifi worked quite well also. it... More
