This is a good value hotel with excellent, kind staff. Rooms aren't luxurious but are clean and comfortable. Their breakfast was nice as well - bread, scrambled eggs, fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee or tea. I recommend this hotel for the budget traveller.

There's nothing wrong with this hotel, but it is a bit underwhelming. The staff is friendly. The rooms are small. For the most part the beds are comfortable, but they could definitely be thicker and softer.

This place was fine. They forgot to pick us up at the airport and we have to arrange a taxi to drop us off. They paid for the taxi. The staff was very friendly and we were able to store our luggage while on the Inca trail. No cost. We did have them do laundry twice. First time - late,... More

There is nothing particularly romantic or special about this spot - but given the price, perhaps that is just fine. There was plenty of hot water, and the breakfast was pretty standard. The service was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. What bothered me was that the windows either pointed into an interior courtyard, or out into... More

I stayed here two nights with my family on September 2012, and would again. Picking us up from the airport was included in the price and they were very friendly to us. They offered us coca leaf tea upon our arrival to the hotel, to avoid getting the altitude sickness, and we loved it. Next day we were going to... More

The staff made us feel at home. We got to know them and call them by name. The hotel is very clean, and even though the beds may not look fancy, they are very comfortable, and warm. They cook your breakfast to order. They even helped my wife when she was feeling sick from the altitude. They are located about... More

Our group of 4 adults stayed 4 nights. We truly appreciated the pick up service at the airport on our arrival. The hotel is a 2 star hotel and for that level I guess it is a good value. The carpet was a little dingy and worn. Nothing gross but not at all plush rooms. The breakfast was good. The... More

Spent 2 nights here, then moved on. Pictures show an interesting airy design, with a well-lit central courtyard -- the reality is the enclosed courtyard distributes light & noise throughout. There's also a lot of outside noise from the Mercado across the street. Building & contents are ready for an upgrade. Staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast is good. We... More

The reception at the airport indicates that people who works at the hotel take are of your customers very well. All of the staff was very nice everyday. The rooms are simple but very comfortable and worth the price we paid. The location may scare someone at the first time in Peru because of the several Markets around (these markets... More

They helped us. We arrived 4 o clock without a hotel and they find a way to let us stay. They have a honest hotel! Great shower and beds. The breakfast is regular like in the other hotels in Peru. I recommend.
