I stayed with my mom in this hotel from December 10th to December 13th. One day, she forgot to put a merino wool scarf and a sweater back in her suitcase before going out. By the time she was back, the clothes were nowhere to be found.
Watch out with the cleaning service! Do not leave anything around the room!...
