we booked with this hostel, we paid up front and they mishandled our booking and were planing to split our group out! They have not refunded us and appear to intending not to. Which is dishonest and cost us a good amount of money.

Rugby team booked the hostel for 3 nights, paid up front but due to unforeseeable circumstances had to cancel. Plenty of notice given, but hostel has ignored the refund policy and avoided refunding us a penny for over a month now. Beware!

An amazing staff, great people, and Art Hostel has the best bar/pub in Sofia. A perfect place to have a nice chat, a couple of beers when you'r listening some really cool live music. A place to visit more than once.

I stayed 4 nights in a singke room around new year. On one hand : great location close to the city center, clean and large room, nice atmosphere and very helpfull staff. On the other hand : the breakast is extremely basic and room can be really cold in winter (even with their old electric heater).

This hostel is ok but not if you want to sleep. I was on a triple bunked dorm bed at the top which was too high for me. The room was a poor layout, if it had been organised differently they wouldnt the triple bunks at all and this would be better I think. There was no chance of sleep... More
