Sheraton can't help it self - treats regular customers like garbage. The staff was inattentive, at best. The bathrooms were small. It was a long walk to the main part of town but close to the train and bus station. Won't stay there the next time I'm in Zagreb. More

Location: The hotel is located in close neighborhood to the main train station of Zagreb and can easily be accessed from airport by public transport. I recently stayed at the Sheraton Zagreb for a conference. The hotel staff provided wonderful and attentive service. The bedrooms rooms probably need to be refreshed as they area about 20 years outdated. The food at breakfast was good, but not the best that I've had. More
