This hotel features all necessary ammenities to make the stay in San Salvador comfortable. The hotel offers airport transfer service at a reasonable rate which is recommendable for a visit to El Salvador. Staff are freidnly and rooms comfortable.

We stayed at here for a few nights and wished it was longer. The Good: Great rooms - we stayed on the exec floor and rooms huge good showers, beds. All the staff, from the doorman to the maid were very friendly and always making sure our stay was going well. The doorman actually knew our name by the end of the trip and couldn't wait to see us again. (No we didn't give tips to make them this nice!!)

The hotel looks nice, the staff is very helpful and courteous, the lobby looks good, could be bigger. The rooms are musty yet clean. The noise at night is just ridiculous (club music or live band, until 3.30 am!). Not a very good experience.

Stayed here for business after spending a week in Central America in panama, Dominican Republic, Guatemala. By far the worst, roughest, least tourist friendly place. Hotel is super old, not clean and staff at the front desk is rude.

Lovely hotel located centrally and in a safe area of San Salvador. THe rooms are comfortable and clean, and the beds firm with great linens. The staff is very helpful and warm. The buffet was delicious although a bit pricey. Overall, really excellent hotel!

I chose the Hilton Princess San Salvador for my first visit to El Salvador and could not be happier with my decision.
