Can't really say a bad thing. It is primarily a business hotel and I was there as a tourist. First time in Managua. Fantastic rooms, super comfortable beds, very clean. They offer a taxi service which I highly recommend. I used it for touring around the city and visiting Granada. Would definately return.

Staff, food good but the place needs an update. The beds are too soft, the shower was bad and the email did not work for the first day. Still one of the best in Managua, but not a great value. The resturant was high quality. I had a beautiful prepared Salmon from Chile.

The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The food was great, offering excellent local cuisine as well as standard fare, and the executive lounge was awesome. The fitness center was better than most of the hotels in the US (although the equipment was very similar).

Good hotel good location and all business ammenities, fine hotel for Managua stay. Cafeteria personnel needs improvement not too friendly. Fine brekfast. Location has a supermarket across the street. Located near shopping center. Beds are fantastic. Price is fine but as usual charging for internet is not a good practice these days.

The hotel is pleasant but the staff is remarkable. They were efficient, friendly and rapidly responded to all of our requests. Their English is excellent. We had a wonderful stay. There isn't much to do in Managua for tourists so after sightseeing, we were happy to hang out here.
