I stay'd in room 413 for 12 days. Large room with privet Safe. cleaned daily :) Very quiet and secure. Shame there is no little in the room. But there is a ice box in the hallway. The hotel is everything that has been said before, clean, big rooms, great location, very helpful front desk in particular Anna. The annexe extension wil be completed by February, the building works where not a problem. The only downside is as has been reported on before are the luke warm showers.
