i loved the suite we booked in La Cresta. It had a beautiful bathroom which included a sauna and jacuzzi (which drained and didn't really hold water for long). The bed was fabulous and very clean. My expectations were not high, but the experience was awful. The shuttle in the airport didn´t show up and we had to take a taxi. The hotel smells of a mixture of greasy food and cheap perfume. The staff is useless and unfriendly.
