A great hotel with a great staff! The view of the water falls out the back is magnificent. The new Hilton Garden Inn dinner menu is great, much less formal and with a wide range of prices and meals. The new lobby is more open and airy. Everything was great!

They overbill you without telling you at check-in so beware!! Don't use your DEBIT card because that money will be tied up for a few days even after you check out. Also be careful they duplicated my Rev and charged my card to another room.

Very nice and good staff. Very welcoming and helpful. I had beautiful view of the falls very relaxing to watch. Loved the place and the staff. I have enjoyed their clean workout room and the pool. It is located in very nice area close to super market and good places to eat.

That sink in the bathroom was pretty plugged-up....not draining at all.... Also, the parking situation there really is bad...you need to get more spaces....for the number of rooms you have there. It's ridiculous for us to park all the way over there..in "function parking"....we are guests of the hotel!

Our stay was quiet and relaxing and the room was clean and spacious. I stay exclusively at Hilton brand hotels and this was a great experience. Checking in and out was quick. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Check-in at the hotel was simple and departure was even easier.Breakfast buffet was very tasty. I appreciated having access to the river walk overlooking the waterfall. I enjoyed an excellent dinner at Fish Bones restaurant across the river from the hotel in one of Lewiston's old mill buildings.

If you are staying in Lewiston-Auburn, this is a nice hotel, conveniently located. The staff is always helpful, and the lobby is pleasant, with bar and dining available. The breakfast buffet features fresh fruit and a nice variety of menu options.

The hotel lobby was under construction, it was therefore, not too welcoming. I'm sure once finished, it will be nice. Rooms were clean, comfortable. A quick trip to the College and the staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Love this place. A home away from home. Food is very good to excellent. Staff is friendly and courteous. Great view of the waterfall. Lots to do within a few miles. Amenities such as gym and pool are very nice.
