“Stuck in a smoking room”

My reservation for two nights in a non-smoking room was confirmed by my organization two days before my trip. When I got to the hotel, the desk clerk told me that my reservation had been canceled (?) and there were no non-smoking rooms available. She then said my room would be changed to a non-smoking room for the second night.... More

“The best hotel in the Andover area”

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel and represents very very good value for your money. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. Tha staff was were very warm and efficient. Excellent surroundings.

Poor, Room smelled and figured out why as the A?C was pooling water on the carpet. This was never fixed and the floor was soaked. Stayed here for app. 2 months in connection with a business trip in the US. Hotel is nice,clean and with good breakfast/dinner. Staff professional and very friendly/helpful. “One-Night Stay”

We stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding. The front desk staff were very nice (they even called our room because we forgot to pick up the wedding gift bag when we checked in), the hotel was clean, and the room was very spacious.

“Great Family Place”

Truly wonderful to have a mini apartment for the weekend. It had all of our needs and then some. I loved that I was able to use a microwave right in the room to heat up leftovers for my 3 yearold and then use the stove top to boil water to sterilize my infant's bottles. Very convenient!

“Very nice place to stay.”

Very nice hotel coveniently close to work site. Room had plenty of space and was clean - small kitchen area, desk, couch and bed. Free wireless. Breakfast was included and good - hostess was very friendly and helpful.

“Great home base for a week vacation”

We stayed in room 104 for a week in May 2013. The location was great for day trips in our rented car. Right off HWY 93. This hotel is located in a very small industrial/office area. Accommodations were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional. We were a little disappointed because this was our first hotel in the chain that did not have a waffle maker available for the breakfast.... Also the pool and hot tub were not available. Still a great place to stay!

This was a very clean hotel with a nice breakfast. The suite was spacious. The only issue we had was controlling the air it was quite cold in our room.
