City Club is an example of a great hotel for a reasonable price. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is not far from the city center and local attractions. Great free wifi connection throughout the hotel. The hotel manager helped us with our luggage, which came later to the Kharkov airport.
