The hotel is in historical building with easy access to the city centre by public transport/taxi or even by walk. The hotel is new and fresh, I found rooms spacious and stylish, well-equipped with all necessary stuff. The staff was polite and business friendly, but a bit on slow side. The breakfast was ok, but nothing outstanding.

Stayed at the Reikartz for 4 nights on business, it seems the hotel is a newly renovated venue. Room was functional, good free WiFi signal, had a TV in the room but no signal could be received. Stayed here after staying in the Reikartz in Mariupol and it was just as good. Suspect the hotel wasn't completely finished as there was some building work going on but it wasn't a problem.
