Not too fancy, just what you need for your stay. Great service, the keeper drove us to the arport to pick up our rental car, called his son to ask for recommendations on ferries to Hvar, where we were going next, and waited with our luggage until we got the car. More

Hotel R is about 15 min walking distance to the Dubrovnik old town, with an bus stop right outside for easy returning back from the old town (it's an uphill walk on coming back).
