Location: 10 min walk from city centre in quiet street. Stay here if you want some peace and tranquility from the busy touristy old town. Not necessarily for you if you have mobility issues or a stroller - there are stairs to go to the old town! We paid 85 euros a night and spent 2 nights there. Everything was... More

We and another couple spent 4 nights at Villa Busovina at the end of our trip through Croatia, and of all the b & bs and apartments we stayed in, this was by far the best. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and well appointed, and the communal patio overlooking the sea is a wonderful place for breakfast or... More

We chose Villa Busovina based on the great reviews on Tripadvisor, and we weren't disappointed! The house is situated in the maze of winding alleys that can be found behind the Old Town (up a fair few steps, but this was a good way to walk off our amazing dinners at the end of each night!). The room we were... More

A fantastic find. Great value for money with really helpful owners who helped carry our bags, arranged a taxi at the end of our stay and were flexible in the times we could have breakfast. Room 3 has lovely views down on to red tiled roofs and the sea, and it was a great place to come back to away... More

I will be recommending this quaint little B&B to anyone planning to visit Dubrovnik! On arrival we were met by the owners who proceeded to show us to our room which was located towards the bottom of the block of land which features wonderful gardens and a terrace close to an outdoor shower that you can use to cool off.... This is a really nice place to stay in Dubrovnik. It is clean and has a great location right next to the Old City and the City Walls, which are the great tourist attractions. This is a four star guesthouse so we paid a little more than the 60 euros per night we would usually go for, but Dubrovnik is... More

We chose this bed and breakfast on the strength of the TA reviews and were not disappointed. Dubrovnik old town is beautiful but can be very touristy, and Villa Busovina's location gets you the beauty without the crowds. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, air con is effective, and the hosts friendly and helpful. Breakfast is left out for you in... More

I have nothing but superlatives to describe my stay at the Busovina. Much of what I say reiterates the April 19 review, but I shall repeat a few things. The location is wonderful. It is beyond the crowds ’down below’ and is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood with a series of great views. The little church that is a... More

I spent 4 nights at Villa Busovina on a trip with my mom. Rastko (owner) picked us up from the airport (fee comparable to taxi) and we checked into Room 5, which was exactly like it looked on the website. I really liked the room, although I will say if you are tall (which neither my mom or I are)... More

We greatly enjoyed our three day break in Dbrovnik which was made extra special by the charming Villa Busovina. The hotel is situated in a garden just outside of the Old City walls which means you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city and then retire to calm serenity. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well equiped with... More
